Refund & Returns Policy

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or expired, please email us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll issue a free replacement or full refund.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed in 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI / bank transfer.
